Just a few gentle minutes walk from us, there is imposing UNESCO listed Diocletian palace – well preserved and still full of life. The palace is a living monument – one of it’s kind.

On the other side there are miles and miles of hiking, cycling, jogging and climbing forest paths of the Marjan hill, and numerous beaches in the shades of pine trees with some spectacular views as bonus.
Marjan was always a city’s spiritual sanctuary with its miniature centuries old churches.
On the way back visit Mestrovic gallery and ancient arheological site Sustipan hill from where you can also enjoy spetacular views of the sea and promenade „Riva“.

Find us on the picturesque square in the magical corner of Split center. Lanterna guest rooms are located just on the edge of the old fisherman settlement Varoš, beyond the park forest Marjan.

Public parking and transportation like buses, taxis, and city bikes are easily accessible from the guesthouse. You can find supermarket and green market on site as well as many other facilities like shops, pharmacy, bakeries, bank, hairdresser and tourist agencies.
