Please note that the entrance to our property can be a bit tricky to find. To assist you, please follow the directions below:

  • We are located in the pedestrian zone, just off the Ujeviceva poljana square.
  • You can find our property in a short, narrow alleyway that is opposite “LUKA ICE CREAM” and to the right of the “VEGAN” restaurant.
  • After passing the café “ODMAH IZA,” you will find our property entrance (green iron gates on the right) at Ujeviceva poljana 13, a few meters ahead.

If you are coming from the ferry port or the bus station:   

  1. Walk west towards the St.Frane Church.
  2. Before reaching the fountain, turn right onto the pedestrian street Marmontova.
  3. Walk past the “Zara” mall at the end of the street and turn left to reach the National Theater (in the yellow building).
  4. Take Porinova street on the right side of the Theater (the one with the archway) to get to Ujeviceva poljana square (with the huge tree in the middle).
  5. From Ujeviceva poljana square, walk towards the short, narrow alleyway opposite the “LUKA ICE CREAM” shop and to the right of the “VEGAN” restaurant (in a detached stone house).
  6. Walk past the café “ODMAH IZA” and after a few meters, you will reach the entrance to our property (green iron gates on the right) at Ujeviceva poljana 13.

If you plan on taking a taxi, the National Theater or  Petra Svacica 8 are the closest points to arrive by car.

    Cancellation and no show policy – Standard rate
    If booking is cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show, 100% of the entire reservation cost will be charged to the guest account.

    Cancellation and no show policy – Non Refundable rate  If booking is cancelled at any time, the total amount of the reservation cost will be charged to the guest account.

    Booking modification Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.

    Children and extra beds
    One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
    One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib. Only 1 child’s cot/crib is permitted in the room. It will be added upon request and needs to be booked in advance.

    Breakfast
    Breakfast can be arranged at extra cost 12 € per person per day and is served at nearby restaurant from 8.00 to 11.00 am. On arrival you will receive breakfast voucher.
